South China province to build oil reserves
Guangdong Province, China's economic powerhouse, is aiming to build oil reserves over the next five years.
According to the province's Five-Year Program (2006-2010), it will invest 5 billion yuan (625 million U.S. dollars) in the project for 10 million cubic meters of crude oil and 2 million cubic meters of refined oil.
